Video confirmation: Windows XP booting on Intel Mac seems legit

It seems the claim was legit. The narf2006 Flickr photo gallery which we mentioned earlier this week, showing an Intel-based iMac Core Duo booting Windows XP, is now backed up by a lengthy video clip which shows the installation, booting, and operation of Windows XP on said iMac. As can be seen in the clip, even the Mac's boot graphic was hacked.

The video can be seen here.
A mirror of the video is here.

We still await a published set of procedures that can be reproduced on any Intel-based Mac, and will give the heads up when/if that emerges from this effort. Savvy work, though, if all we're seeing is legit.

Will he take the prize?
